Frontier Oil Appoints William Miller as VP Planning and Development HOUSTON, Nov. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Frontier Oil Corporation (NYSE: FTO) is pleased to announce that William G. Miller was appointed to the newly-created position of Vice President-Planning and Development for Frontier Refining and Marketing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Frontier. In this Denver-based position, Miller has the responsibility for operational planning as well as business development for the Company.

Miller comes to Frontier with 28 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industries, including positions at Celanese, UOP, Champlin Petroleum, El Paso Refining and Mapco. Most recently, he served as vice president of Williams Refining and Marketing, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies, having joined Williams through its 1998 acquisition of Mapco. He earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from Iowa State University.
