On November 13, 2019, HollyFrontier Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing a regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, an increase of 6% from $0.33 per share the prior quarter. A copy of the Corporation’s press release is attached hereto at Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 7.01 in its entirety.

HollyFrontier Corporation Announces Increase in Regular Dividend
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HollyFrontier Corporation (NYSE: HFC) ("HollyFrontier") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, an increase of 6% from $0.33 per share the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on December 11, 2019 to holders of record of common stock on November 27, 2019.
